Eritrean Blue Revolution Front Proposes a Roadmap for post-PFDJ regime Political Process
Part One
It is no secret that Eritreans are suffering from horrific political repression, economic decline, and social destruction. Therefore, the importance and urgency of the desired democratic change in Eritrea, and the need to overcome the challenges of transitioning to it, and thus ensuring regime change, are urgent, as the country’s very existence is now at risk.
The EBRF’s proposal is expected to serve as a common roadmap for all Eritreans struggling to ensure social justice, good governance, and national sovereignty.
Key Elements of the Roadmap:
a. Regime change
b. Establishment of an inclusive, accountable, and transparent transitional government
c. Transition to state-building and sustainable development through a constitutional government
This document is presented as a framework or collective actions to ensure a democratic and unified Eritrea. It calls on all reformers and justice seekers at home and abroad to rally around it and thus strive to ensure freedom, justice, and prosperity. These three goals (overthrowing the regime, establishing a transitional government, and a constitutional government) become the guiding
principles that guide all other decisions.
Strategic Elements:
A. Regime Change
• Establish a front (EBRF) comprising of all domestic and foreign based political organisations, civil society, diaspora activists, and other activists seeking change.
• Develop and implement a communications strategy to support change advocates and justice seekers at home and abroad regarding the urgent goals mentioned above.
• Register Front (EBRF) members efficiently and effectively using modern technology.
• Strategic absorption of volunteers focusing on the following issues: 1. Identifying effective volunteers 2. Providing proper training 3. Assigning to appropriate positions/sections.
• EBRF Financing 1. Typical network funding 1.1 Public donations 1.2 Wealthy donors 1.3 G/NGOs
• Overthrowing the dictatorial regime using existing all legitimate means of struggle, including peaceful and non-peaceful (civil disobedience, etc.).
• Establish and strengthen alliances and partnerships based on the principles of strategic partnership with regional and international bodies to advance initiatives aimed at achieving the above-mentioned goals.
Good job guys
I agree 100% with proposals 💙💙💙👏👏👏💙💙💙
Great concrete job. Please keep it up, although the waves are getting strong. One thing I would like to note is that please use updated technology and keep personal information confidential, because the brutal, inhumane beast in the county may take revenge on our family. The future belongs to the young, and their idea must prevail.
Thank you.
