On January 1, 2026, Elias Gerasoulis, the Eritrean Blue Revolutionary Front’s (EBRF) primary lobbyist in Washington, DC, departed Moran Global Strategies (MGS), where he served as Partner and Vice President, to establish his own international services firm, Washington & Madison, LLC.
Mr. Gerasoulis has served as the EBRF’s principal representative in Washington, DC, and is a highly regarded foreign policy strategist and one of the leading lobbyists representing African clients in the U.S. capital. His work includes representation of several high-profile clients across the African continent.
In connection with this transition, the EBRF has formally retained Washington & Madison, LLC and has concluded its engagement with Moran Global Strategies. Since beginning his representation of the EBRF on July 1, 2025, Mr. Gerasoulis has successfully connected the EBRF with senior officials at the highest levels of the U.S. government and secured critical support from U.S. and international stakeholders within a relatively short period of time.
